O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend says he threatened her, compared her to Nicole
NAPOLEONVILLE, La., Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Two workers were rescued after about 50 feet of earth collapsed into an expanding sinkhole in Louisiana, their employer said in a statement Friday.
The men were on a small boat in Assumption Parish, La., removing debris floating in the sinkhole, when adjacent earth gave way, said Sonny Crunch, spokesman for their employer, Texas Brine Company.
The hole is 324 feet in diameter and full of water, CNN reported Friday.
About 150 nearby households have been evacuated, a state official said.
