Dad who drowned sons gets death penalty
DALLAS, Aug. 17 (UPI) -- A jury in Texas Friday found former Kennedale High School teacher Brittni Nicole Colleps guilty of having felony group sex with five of her former students.
Colleps, 28, was convicted of having sex in her Arlington home with as many as four former students at once, KDAF-TV, Dallas, reported.
All of the victims are 18 years old, but Texas law makes it a felony for a teacher to conduct improper sexual relationships with students and former students.
Colleps faces 20 years in prison and a fine of as much as $50,000.
