WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- President Barack Obama travels Saturday to Camp David in Maryland where he is expected to remain overnight, the White House said.

The president is scheduled to return to the White House Sunday.

The weekly schedule indicates Obama also will:

-- Sign the Honoring America's Veterans and Caring for Camp Lejeune Families Act at a ceremony in the Oval office Monday.

-- Travel to Stamford, Conn., and Westport, Conn., for campaign events Monday.

-- Attend meetings at the White House Tuesday.

-- Travel to Denver and Grand Junction, Colo., for campaign events Wednesday.

-- Travel to Pueblo, Colo., and Colorado Springs for campaign events Thursday.

-- Attend meetings at the White House Friday.
