WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney's foul-mouthed spokesman is taking some time off the campaign trail after he cursed at the press in Poland, an official said.

Spokesman Rick Gorka, who usually serves as Romney's traveling spokesman for all his campaign trips, was not seen with the Republican candidate at campaign stops in Colorado Thursday, ABC reported.

A Romney aide said Gorka is "taking some time off the trail" after the campaign's week abroad, during which he told members of the press to "kiss my [expletive]."
