LITTLE ROCK, Ark., July 29 (UPI) -- Police said an Arkansas girl reported missing after a double homicide was found safe in Memphis Saturday night.

Amber Whitlow, 12, was located along with her 33-year-old brother, Antonio Whitlow, who is a suspect in the slayings of the couple she lived with in Little Rock.

Little Rock detectives were headed to Tennessee Sunday to take custody of Amber and Antonio, KTHV-TV in Little Rock said.

Amber was taken to a Memphis hospital as a precaution and her brother was in police custody after the pair was picked up in the Beal Street area.

Amber was reported missing Saturday after an acquaintance discovered the body of the woman with whom Amber was living in the doorway of her home. The woman's husband was found dead inside the house by police.

The names of the couple, who were in their 60s, were not immediately released. CNN said Amber was believed to either their daughter or granddaughter.
