WASHINGTON, July 26 (UPI) -- Nine out of 10 U.S. voters say they already know enough about Barack Obama to decide whether to give him a second term, a poll released Thursday said.

When it comes to the presumptive Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, 69 percent say the same thing, the Pew Research Center said. Only 8 percent said they need to know more about Obama and 28 percent want more information on Romney.

The big areas where people want to know more about Romney are his record as governor of Massachusetts, his tax returns and his work as chief executive of Bain Capital. They are less interested in his family background and wealth and his religious beliefs as a Mormon.

The poll found that 34 percent of Republicans and 29 percent of independents said they would like more information on Romney, compared to 21 percent of Democrats.

The poll was conducted from July 19-22 among 1,001 adults, including 798 registered voters.
