Peterson allegedly assaulted four women over more than a year, the most recent of which occurred April 21. Two women claim Peterson kidnapped them, took them to his cabin and raped them.

Peterson has been holding Republican Party fundraisers at his cabin for three years. He hosted a debate at the cabin between two Republican candidates for attorney general this year.

Peterson is expected to appear in court Monday. He could receive life in prison for the rape and kidnapping charges.
