SAN ANTONIO, July 12 (UPI) -- Child pornography and heroin were available at two San Antonio restaurants by employing code words when ordering, a sentencing hearing revealed.

The methods of delivering illegal goods were revealed in a docket of immigration violators, gun smugglers and drug sellers before U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez Wednesday, including computer memory cards containing child pornography available at a Wendy's drive-through window, and heroin obtained by ordering "chiva," or goat meat, from the proprietor of Anna's Cafe, the San Antonio Express-News reported Thursday.

Juan Antonio Rosa, 36, was sentenced to more than 21 years in a federal prison for distributing child pornography by placing it in french fries containers at the Wendy's franchise where he worked, to give to certain customers he met in online social networking sites, the newspaper said.

The franchise was not named.

"The San Antonio franchisee has no knowledge of the incident," Wendy's spokeswoman Andrea Winans said. "They have no information or any police report of this incident occurring at a Wendy's there."

In another sentencing, Ernest Zapata Sr. was given a 51-month prison term for trafficking heroin from the restaurant he and his wife operate. Court records indicate undercover officers made 15 purchases of heroin at the restaurant, typically hidden in children's diapers during the handoffs.
