Dad who drowned sons gets death penalty
CHICAGO, June 19 (UPI) -- A sport utility vehicle sideswiped a party bus on an expressway outside Chicago, injuring 19 people, Illinois state police said.
The accident occurred Tuesday morning, the Chicago Tribune reported. Fifteen people were injured on the party bus and four were injured in the SUV. The injuries were mostly minor, but one person broke a leg.
The bus passengers were celebrating the birthday of a previously deceased family member when the SUV hit the party bus, the report said.
