Seven injured in bus-taxi collision

NEW YORK, June 18 (UPI) -- A school bus collided with a taxi in New York City Monday, injuring five children and two adults, officials said.

The bus and taxi collided on 87th Avenue and 150th Street in Queens, CBS New York reported.

The bus flipped over a few times before hitting a parked car and coming to rest on its side. Five students on the bus suffered minor injuries, as did one adult. The other injured adult was seriously injured, officials said.

All of those injured were transported to a local hospital.

No other details on the accident were reported.
