WASHINGTON, April 10 (UPI) -- A former teacher at a Washington private school wanted on child porn charges now occupies Osama bin Laden's spot on the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" list.

Two people were removed from the Ten Most Wanted Fugitive list last year. Bin Laden was killed May 2 at his hideout in Pakistan, and Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger was arrested on June 22 in Santa Monica, Calif., where he had been living under an assumed name.

Bulger's spot on the list is still open.

Eric Justin Toth, 30, has been a fugitive since 2008 when Maryland and the District of Columbia issued arrest warrants on charges of possession and production of child pornography, the agency said. Mike Kortan, assistant director of the FBI Office of Public Affairs, said an investigation began when pornographic images were found on a camera belonging to Beauvoir, the elementary school affiliated with the National Cathedral School in Washington, where he worked.

Toth is believed to have been in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota and, in 2009, in Arizona. The FBI says he may be advertising online for work as a nanny or tutor.

A reward of $100,000 has been offered for his arrest.

The FBI has listed 494 people on the "Ten Most Wanted" since it was begun in 1950. Only 29 have not been arrested or at least found.

The person on the current list who has been a fugitive the longest is Victor Manuel Gerena, who was allegedly involved in a $7 million armed robbery from a Connecticut security company in 1983. The runner-up is Glen Stewart Godwin, a convicted killer who escaped from a California prison in 1987 and from a Mexican prison in 1991, where he allegedly killed another inmate.
