Durkee was arrested Sept. 2. At the time, she was charged with taking $677,000 in campaign donations to state Assemblyman Jose Solorio.

Documents prosecutors filed with the court Tuesday, allege Durkee transferred money from campaign accounts, using it for personal and business expenses and in some cases to reimburse other client accounts. Her client list includes three Democratic congresswomen from California, Loretta and Linda Sanchez and Susan Davis.

The documents suggest a plea agreement is likely, the Los Angeles Times reported. Durkee is expected to appear in court this week.
