The following are the dates for the 2012 Republican presidential primaries and their results. All are Tuesdays unless otherwise noted:


Jan. 3: Iowa caucus: (Official -- eight precincts missing) Rick Santorum 29,839, Mitt Romney 29,805, Ron Paul 26,036, Newt Gingrich 16,163, Rick Perry 12,557, Michele Bachmann 6,046, Jon Huntsman 739, No Preference 147, Other 40, Herman Cain 45.


Jan. 10: New Hampshire: (Unofficial) Romney 39 percent (97,339), Paul 23 percent (56,601), Huntsman 17 percent (41,796), Gingrich 10 percent (23,329), Santorum 9 percent (23,204), Perry 1 percent (1,762).


Jan. 21: South Carolina: (Unofficial) Gingrich 40 percent (242,498), Romney 28 percent (167,555), Santorum 17 percent (101,967), Paul 13 percent (77,972).


Jan. 31: Florida: (Unofficial) Mitt Romney 46.42 percent (774,942), Newt Gingrich 31.93 percent (533,038), Rick Santorum 13.34 percent (222,774), Ron Paul 7.01 percent (117,094), Rick Perry 0.41 percent (6,768), Jon Huntsman Jr. 0.37 percent (6,1970), Michele Bachmann 0.24 percent (3,959), Herman Cain 0.21 percent (3,494), Gary Johnson 0.07 percent (1,196).


Feb. 4 (Saturday): Nevada (unofficial, 43 percent of caucuses): Mitt Romney 43 percent (7,884), Newt Gingrich 25 percent (4,623), Ron Paul 19 percent (3,460) and Rick Santorum 12 percent (2,246).


Feb. 7: Colorado (unofficial, 89 percent of caucuses): Rick Santorum 38 percent (19,343), Mitt Romney 36 percent (18,428), Newt Gingrich 13 percent (6,613) and Ron Paul 12 percent (6,156).


Feb. 7: Minnesota (unofficial, 87.26 percent of caucuses): Rick Santorum 44.96 percent (20,785), Ron Paul 27.08 percent (12,519), Mitt Romney 16.92 percent (7,823) and Newt Gingrich 10.74 percent (4,964).


Feb. 7: Missouri (unofficial, non-delegate primary; 100 percent): Rick Santorum 55.2 percent (138,957), Mitt Romney 25.3 percent (63,826), Ron Paul 12.2 percent (30,641) and Uncommitted 3.9 percent (9,859); Newt Gingrich not on ballot.


Feb. 4-10: Maine (caucus, unofficial and non-binding): Mitt Romney 39 percent, Ron Paul 36 percent, Rick Santorum 18 percent, Newt Gingrich 6 percent.


Feb. 28: Arizona (unofficial, 79 percent): Mitt Romney 47 percent (208,999), Rick Santorum 26 percent (115,687), Newt Gingrich 16 percent (71,633), Ron Paul 8 percent (37,314).


Feb. 28: Michigan (unofficial, 98 percent): Mitt Romney 41 percent (402,530), Rick Santorum 38 percent (371,071), Ron Paul 12 percent (113,838), Newt Gingrich, 7 percent (63,960), Uncommitted 2 percent (18,453), Rick Perry, 0 percent (1,872), Buddy Roemer, 0 percent (1,848), Michele Bachman 0 percent (1,735), Jon Huntsman 0 percent (1,692), Herman Cain 0 percent (1,211), Freg Karger 0 percent (1,211) and Gary Johnson 0 percent (516).
