WALSENBURG, Colo., Feb. 9 (UPI) -- A woman charged along with her two brothers in a multistate crime spree pleaded guilty Thursday in a Colorado courtroom.

Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, appeared in Huerfano County District Court where she admitted to attempted first-degree assault of a peace officer and two counts of felony menacing of peace officers, The Pueblo Chieftain reported. The rest of the 29 counts brought against her related to the August chase and shootout that led to the trio's arrest were dismissed, the newspaper said.

Judge Claude Appel set her sentencing for April 30. She faces nine to 28 years behind bars.

Authorities allege Dougherty and her brothers were responsible for shootouts with police in two states and a bank robbery in another.

Her brothers, Dylan Stanley-Dougherty, 26, and Ryan Dougherty, 22, are scheduled for a court hearing Feb. 16.

Stanley-Dougherty also is charged with trying to break out of the Huerfano County detention facility.

The siblings also face charges in Florida and Georgia stemming from a high-speed chase Aug. 2 in Zephyrhills, Fla., and a bank robbery in Valdosta, Ga., the same day.
