MARIETTA, Ga., Jan. 23 (UPI) -- As his pit bull dog attacked a woman, a Marietta, Ga., man did nothing but laugh, police allege.

The victim said she was mauled by the dog for about 10 minutes in the apartment of dog owner Jason Robert Tucker, leaving her with bite wounds on the arms, hands and ankle, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Tucker was arrested after the incident Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct. He remained in Cobb County Jail on Sunday, held on $25,000 bail, booking records said.
