CHICAGO, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Accused killer Drew Peterson says the trailer for the upcoming Lifetime movie "Drew Peterson: Untouchable" is hilarious, his attorney said.

Criminal defense lawyer Joel Brodsky told the Chicago Tribune he played a recording of the trailer to Peterson, who is jailed on charges he killed his third wife and remains under suspicion in the disappearance of this fourth wife. The clip features actor Rob Lowe, as Peterson, saying the line "I'm untouchable, bitch."

Brodsky said it was the first time he or Peterson had ever heard him accused of using that term.

"He laughed and said, 'That's hilarious,'" Brodsky said of Peterson, the Tribune reported Friday.

The film is scheduled to air Jan. 21 on the Lifetime cable network.

Peterson's former attorney, Walter Maksym, had threatened to take legal action against Lifetime over the film, but Brodsky said it appears Peterson's legal options are limited.

"We are certainly doing legal research into our legal options to stop the movie from being shown so close to the beginning of a trial," Brodsky said. "But I can't tell you that the legal precedents are strongly in our favor. They're certainly not."
