Police said church member Jean Harris set up a video camera after she discovered prescription drugs were disappearing from her home.

Harris, who has been a member of the church for 55 years, said she set up the camera in July after an entire bottle of Lortab, a powerful prescription painkiller, vanished. She said she discovered more pills were missing from her weekly pill planner during the next few weeks.

She said she began suspecting Reed was taking the pills when he would visit the house to check in on her adult son, Greg, who has Down syndrome, while she was away from home.

Police allege Reed was caught on video trying to open the side door to Harris' garage on July 4.
