Anthony prosecutor has book coming

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 28 (UPI) -- One of the prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder trial says he has a book coming out about the Florida mom acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton told the Orlando Sentinel late Saturday of his plans after word got out on the Internet.

Amazon.ca and bookseller Barnes & Noble's Web site were offering pre-orders for "Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony." Ashton is listed as the author.

"I wasn't aware that it was going to go online today," Ashton said. He declined to discuss the content of the 256-page book set for a late-November release by publisher William Morrow.

Ashton retired days after Anthony, 25, was acquitted on all major charges in her child's death.
