Man with urine fetish violates parole

DELAWARE, Ohio, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- An Ohio man with a urine fetish returned to jail for violating his parole by threatening his probation officer, police say.

Alan D. Patton, 59, of Columbus reportedly was angry about the condition of his court-ordered probation, and repeatedly harassed and threatened his probation via phone on July 14, The Columbus Dispatch reported.

Patton also allegedly tested positive for methamphetamine, which is another violation of his parole, Joseph Schmansky, assistant prosecutor for the city of Delaware, Ohio, said.

The man denied the allegations in court Tuesday but was ordered back to jail.

Patton pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in February for loitering outside of a restaurant bathroom. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and then 5 years of house arrest. He was further ordered to wear a GPS device and is forbidden to use public restrooms.

The GPS device is what prompted Patton to allegedly harass his probation officer.

Patton has admitted to having a fetish for boys' urine and has an extensive criminal record dating to 1978. Charges against him include voyeurism, public indecency, criminal mischief and rape.

The man is due back in Delaware County Court Friday.
