HAZARD, Ky., Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Police in Kentucky say no charges will be filed in an incident where a tear gas grenade exploded, sending 20 people to a hospital.
All of those injured in the explosion last month have since been released from the hospital, WYMT-TV, Hazard, reported Wednesday.

Investigators said three children were playing with the grenade at a home in Harlan County when one child pulled the pin and the grenade went off in his hand.
Police said the Vietnam War era grenade was found on a shelf in the home.
