Man who posed as autistic gets 3 years

OKLAHOMA CITY, July 21 (UPI) -- A young Oklahoma man who pretended to be autistic while two women babysat him got a three-year sentence for sexual battery.

Mark Anthony Richardson II must register as a sex offender after his release, The Oklahoman reported. Oklahoma County District Judge Jerry Bass also imposed a five-year probation at Wednesday's sentencing.

"You've got some issues. I understand that. But, at the same time, it's time for you to grow up," Bass said.

The judge ordered Bass to pay $195 he still owes one of the sitters.

Two women cared for Bass, 21, during overnight stays in their homes. He wore diapers, which the sitters had to change, sucked on a pacifier and drank baby formula.

The sexual battery charge, the most serious one, involved grabbing the breast of one woman's 18-year-old daughter.
