The wounded -- a 15-year-old boy, two 18-year-olds, a 26-year-old and a 41-year-old, all male -- were in serious condition.

Stephens said a suspect was in custody but did not name him.

In the other incident Desean Barlow, 22, and Jerome Pegler, 19, were charged with several felonies after gunshots were fired into a crowd June 26 at Mackenzie High School's reunion, police said. A 54-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were seriously wounded.
