LAS VEGAS, June 15 (UPI) -- A man who admitted robbing the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas of $1.5 million in chips is facing at least three years in prison, a prosecutor says. Anthony Carleo, 29, pleaded guilty before Judge Michelle Leavitt Tuesday to being the so-called armed "Biker Bandit" who sped off on a motorcycle last Dec. 14.

He admitted robbery and assault, both with the use of a deadly weapon. Prosecutors dropped several other charges in a plea bargain.
Assistant Clark County District Attorney Chris Owens told the Las Vegas Sun Carleo might get a minimum of three years when sentenced Aug 23.
Carleo also agreed to plead guilty Thursday to robbing the poker room's cashier's cage at the Suncoast casino of more than $18,000 on Dec. 9. Surveillance photos of a man wearing a motorcycle helmet linked the two heists.
In February, Carleo was arrested at the Bellagio after selling several $25,000 casino chips from the robbery to an undercover detective, police said.
The officer testified he had five meetings with Carleo arranged by an informant from Jan. 28 through Feb. 2.
Defense attorney Bill Terry said the state has agreed to file no further charges.
