ORLANDO, Fla., June 10 (UPI) -- Casey Anthony appeared to scowl in a Florida court Friday when prosecutors in her murder trial ran a video showing her daughter's face transform into a skull.

The video shows duct tape superimposed over an image of Caylee Anthony, as her face morphs into a skull, the Orlando Sentinel reported. The jury was not present when the video was shown in the courtroom but the judge in the first-degree murder trial ruled the jury would be permitted to see the video, which prosecutors intend as a demonstration that duct tape could have covered both the mouth and nose of Caylee, who was 2 when she died in 2008.

Casey Anthony wept in the presence of the jury Friday, for the second time in two days, after hearing testimony that animals chewed on her daughter's bones, the Sentinel reported.

Defense attorney Jose Baez objected to use of the video, accusing prosecutors of trying to "throw everything against the wall and see what sticks."

Baez called for a mistrial, calling the video prejudicial.

"I think that served only one purpose -- to enflame the jury," Baez argued Friday.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry allowed the jury to see the video.

A scuffle broke out Friday among people lined up for a seat at the first-degree murder trial of Casey Anthony in Florida. Investigators said the incident occurred when some of the 100 or so people gathered near the courthouse in Orlando tried to cut in line, Florida Today reported.

Police responded to the scene and removed three people. The first 50 in line are allowed to watch the murder trial inside the courtroom, WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported.

Court proceedings were cut short Thursday when Anthony became ill.

Thursday had been the most intense day of the trial so far, with jurors seeing pictures of Caylee's remains. Casey Anthony kept her head down to avoid seeing the pictures, which included shots of the toddler's decomposed skull.

Caylee Anthony was reported missing in July 2008. Her remains were found in a wooded area near her grandparents' home in December 2008.

Prosecutors said Caylee was suffocated after duct tape was placed over her mouth, with the defense claiming the toddler accidentally drowned in her grandparents' swimming pool.

Anthony, 25, faces a possible death sentence if convicted.
