District Judge Curtis DeLapp scheduled trial for July 27.

Police reports said an aunt found 10-day-old Maggie May Trammel mixed in with laundry in the machine in November. An autopsy determined the baby died by drowning.

Fiddler allegedly told police she did not know what happened or how the baby got into the machine.
