Obama's schedule for Tuesday, April 5

WASHINGTON, April 5 (UPI) -- Congressional leaders go to the White House Tuesday to discuss with President Obama a spending bill for the fiscal year, the daily schedule indicates.

The schedule indicates Obama will:

-- Receive the daily briefing with Vice President Joe Biden.

-- Meet with House and Senate negotiators concerning the budget for the remainder of fiscal year 2011. The stopgap measure expires Friday.

-- Meet with Israeli President Shimon Peres.

-- Conduct separate meetings with Daniel Yohannes, chief executive officer of the Millennium Challenge Corp., and Elizabeth Littlefield, president and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corp.
