Obama in New York for U.N., DNC events

WASHINGTON, March 29 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama heads to New York Tuesday to dedicate the new U.S. mission to the United Nations and speak at party fundraisers, the daily schedule said.

The agenda indicates Obama will:

-- Receive the daily briefing.

-- Deliver remarks at the dedication of the Ronald H. Brown U.S. Mission to the United Nations building.

-- Speak at a Democratic National Committee event at the Red Roster Restaurant in New York.

-- Deliver remarks at another DNC event at the Studio Museum.

-- Return to Washington.
