Buttocks injection woman talks online

PHILADELPHIA, March 29 (UPI) -- A transgender Philadelphia-area woman who allegedly gave a lethal silicone injection to an aspiring British singer will not talk to investigators, police said.

But Padge Victoria Windslowe, 42, of Upper Merion has spoken online under the name "Black Madam," the Philadelphia Daily News reported Tuesday. In a video posted Friday, she said she is "not on the run."

Windslowe allegedly injected silicone into the buttocks of two women, Claudia Seye Aderotimi, 20, of London and another British visitor, on Feb. 7. Aderotimi, whose family said she believed she needed a more shapely rear end to succeed in show business, was pronounced dead at a hospital soon after getting the illegal injection.

Lt. John Walker, a Philadelphia police detective, told the News Windslowe's lawyers have promised she will stay in the area and have said she does not want to talk to police. He said investigators are waiting for a finding on the cause of Aderotimi's death before bringing charges.

In her video, Windslowe said she has been called a lot of names but said one thing really made her angry.

"To tell you the truth, out of all the stuff that they put out, I was so heated that -- how dare they put that I'm 41!" she said. "I don't look 41. God no!"
