Obama to offer 2012 budget plan

WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama discusses his key priorities for the 2012 budget Monday during a visit to Baltimore, the White House said.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Office of Management and Budget Director Jack Lew will join Obama as he discusses the importance of investing in education to prepare U.S. children to be competitive in the global economy, the daily agenda indicated.

Obama will return to Washington in the afternoon.
