Obama to have lunch with House leaders

WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- President Barack Obama has lunch with Republican leaders of the U.S. House of Representatives Wednesday, the White House said.

Expected to attend are Speaker John Boehner of Ohio, Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia and Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy of California, the daily schedule indicated. Vice President Joe Biden also will attend.

Before his meeting Obama and Biden will receive the daily briefing.

Later in the afternoon, Biden will meet with Prime Minister Borut Pahor of Slovenia.

Obama and Biden will meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after Biden's meeting with Pahor.
