Police said they are searching for a seventh suspect in the Jan. 11 incident in Upper Darby Township, the Philadelphia Daily News reported Tuesday.
A cellphone used to make a 7-minute-long recording of the boy, Nadin Khoury, being dragged across the snow and jammed upside down in a tree was confiscated by Upper Darby police, the Daily News reported.
Khoury fell from the tree and tried to run away from his alleged tormentors, only to be caught hung by his coat from a spiked fence post, the newspaper said.
"The back of his head could have gone into that spear-like top of the fence. He could have been impaled," Chitwood said.
"I was trying to escape and to get away from them. For the first two days, some parts of my body still hurt, but after that, I just got mad every time I thought about it," Khoury said.
No one at the apartment complex where the incident happened called police, despite the boy's loud screaming, police said.
