RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 31 (UPI) -- A college student who stripped to his underwear at a Virginia airport revealing language of the Fourth Amendment was cited for disorderly conduct, police said.
Aaron B. Tobey, 21, of Charlottesville, Va., arrived at Richmond International Airport's busy Checkpoint B around 2:17 p.m. Thursday and stripped off his clothes, airport spokesman Troy M. Bell said.
