The Riverside County coroner said it made a positive identification Friday on remains found in Perris Nov. 30.

Frolov, describe as a 51-year-old tourist, was confirmed to have boarded a plane and made a solo skydiving jump Sept. 25, but had not been seen since. He was reported missing Sept. 30.
