Members of the National Socialist Movement gathered in front of the Sandra Day O'Connor Federal Court Building Saturday to protest a federal judge's ruling weakening Arizona's tough immigration bill, KSAZ-TV, Phoenix, reported.
About 100 counter-demonstrators started heckling the neo-Nazi group and police took action when the counter-demonstrators surrounded NSM members.
There were two arrests, the Fox TV affiliate reported.
The NSM is the largest neo-Nazi group in the United States and has been protesting illegal immigration in Arizona since November 2009, the report said.
