Nov. 9, 2010 at 11:52 PM

WILLOW, Alaska, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- A fire in a trailer in the small southern Alaska town of Willow Tuesday left four people dead, state police said.

The victims' names and ages were being withheld until relatives could be informed, the Anchorage Daily News reported.

The fire was spotted about 6 a.m. by a passing motorist, state trooper spokeswoman Megan Peters said. The structure, described by a neighbor as a travel trailer with an addition, was engulfed in flames when volunteer firefighters arrived, the Daily News said.
