CHILTON, Wis., Oct. 29 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin woman being sued by a man whose penis she glued to his body says he is only doing it as a get-rich-quick scheme.

Therese Ziemann of Appleton filed a counterclaim against Donessa Davis of Fond du Lac, claiming malicious prosecution and fraud, the Appleton Post-Crescent reported Friday. Davis sued Ziemann, saying she caused him long-lasting physical and psychological harm.

Ziemann was charged with being the ringleader in a group of four women who had all dated Davis and lured him to a motel last year to get revenge on him for cheating on them. Investigators said she tied him down, presumably for sexual reasons, and then brought in the other women.

All four women pleaded guilty to reduced charges.

Davis said in his lawsuit that Ziemann fed him a date-rape drug and that he was afraid she would harm him.

Robert Bellin, Ziemann's lawyer, said in a complaint filed in Calumet County that Davis tried to revive his romantic relationship with Ziemann after the incident.

"At no time did he indicate he suffered any ill effects," Bellin wrote. "Rather, the plaintiff acted in a manner indicating that he was as fit and virile as ever."
