Judge fired over work computer porn

NEW YORK, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- A New York judge who resigned after a large amount of pornography was found on his work computer is under investigation for possible charges, authorities say.

The district attorney's office is going over the files found on the work computer of Judge James Gibbons, who resigned this week after the files were discovered, to determine if any of them depict underage girls or other illegal material, the New York Daily News reported Friday.

"There was a lot of porn on his computer -- all young women," the Daily News quoted an investigator as saying. "Lots of crotch and cleavage shots."

Gibbons had previously raised ethics questions when it was revealed a few weeks ago that he was engaged in a sexual relationship with Legal Aid lawyer Jeanne Emhoff, 31, and had fathered a son with her.
