Fla. man arrested in online sex 'sting'

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 12 (UPI) -- A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly soliciting sex with two underage girls from an undercover agent posing online as their father, officials said.

Paul Joseph Quillen, 41, faces felony charges of solicitation of a parent for unlawful sex acts with a child, and traveling to meet a parent for unlawful sex acts with a child, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported Thursday.

He could face a prison sentence of 20 years if convicted of all charges, the newspaper said.

Police say Quillen began chatting online with an undercover investigator for the state attorney general's CyberCrime Unit last week and allegedly repeatedly solicited the "father" for sex with his children.

Quillen thought the "father" had two girls, ages 11 and 13.

"He then traveled to a location in Orange County where he was arrested by law enforcement,'' law enforcement officials said in a report.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Oviedo, Fla., Police Department participated in the arrest, the Sentinel reported.
