TULSA, Okla., Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Oklahoma police say they arrested the parents of a 2-year-old girl after finding meth lab materials in the toddler's backpack.
Broken Arrow, Okla., officers stopped a car suspected of containing a "portable" meth lab Tuesday night and found a husband and wife and their two children, ages 1 and 2, in the car, the Tulsa World reported.
The meth lab materials were found in the 2-year-old's "Dora the Explorer" backpack, police said.
The parents, Cecil Doyle Martin, 33, and Melissa Dawn Martin, 26, of Broken Arrow, were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and marijuana possession.
The two children were referred to the Department of Human Service, police said.
Cecil Martin has previous convictions for unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, the World reported.
