Perez also told another nurse at the hospital she threw her 4-year-old and 2-year-old children in the water from the bridge.

Perez, of Camden, N.J., was crying and told nurses she was walking on a Camden street, though authorities are still attempting to locate her, authorities said.

Taking part in the search were a Coast Guard helicopter and boats from Philadelphia Police, New Jersey State Police, and Camden Fire and Rescue, the Star-Ledger said.
