Sypher was indicted last year on charges of threatening Pitino with the intent to extort money from him, lying to the FBI and retaliating against Pitino by reporting to Louisville police Pitino raped her twice.

State prosecutors concluded Sypher's rape claims were without merit and Pitino wasn't charged.

A jury of six men and six women deliberated for two days before delivering guilty verdicts on six charges.

Pitino, who is married, testified a sexual encounter with Sypher was consensual and that she tried to extort money from him by threatening to reveal it.
