LeT is the organization responsible for the deadly terrorist raid on Mumbai, India, in 2008.

ISAF Joint Command said in a written statement that Afghan and coalition troops surrounded a home in a village in Khogyani district and took the commander and three other suspects into custody peacefully.

Elsewhere in Afghanistan, suspected insurgents were captured in Logar province and a dozen rocket warheads were seized near a forward operating base in Ganzhi Province.
