Man accidentally shoots self at gun show
WASHINGTON, June 22 (UPI) -- Health insurers and state insurance commissioners travel to Washington Tuesday to meet with President Obama concerning the new healthcare law, officials said.
After the meeting, Obama will deliver remarks concerning efforts to implement the new law, the White House daily guidance indicated.
Before the meeting with the commissioners and insurers, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will receive the daily briefing. In the afternoon, Obama will meet with his senior advisers and with Defense Secretary Robert Gates. He also will conduct a Cabinet meeting.
In the evening, Obama and Biden will attend an LGBT Pride Month event in the East Room, where the president will deliver remarks.
