Obama to outline vision for efficient cars

WASHINGTON, May 21 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama will sign a presidential memorandum outlining his vision for cleaner and more efficient vehicles Friday, the White House said.

Obama will deliver remarks at the signing, the daily agenda indicated.

Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will receive their daily briefings and have a lunch meeting, the daily agenda said.
