MOCA, Puerto Rico, May 16 (UPI) -- An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale rattled Puerto Rico early Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

There were no injuries but a woman was hospitalized for anxiety in the city of Cayey, CNN reported.

The epicenter of the quake was 3 miles east of Moca, officials said. Police said power was lost and quickly restored in Moca, which is located in the northwestern end of Puerto Rico.
