All eight of the injured were on the Disney bus, the newspaper said.

The unidentified driver of the Disney bus was pinned under the steering wheel. It took rescue workers 15 minutes to cut through the front of the bus to free him, Reedy Creek Deputy Fire Chief Bo Jones said. The driver's injuries were serious but not life-threatening, and he was taken to a hospital by helicopter.

The injured passengers were taken to a hospital by ambulance.

"We're currently focusing on the well-being of those involved in this situation, and we're working closely with law enforcement on the matter," said Bryan Malenius, a Disney spokesman.

There were no passengers on the Waldorf Astoria bus, and the driver was outside the vehicle at the time of the accident.
