Remains identified as lotto winner's

PLANT CITY, Fla., Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Human remains found in Plant City, Fla., are those of missing Florida Lotto winner Abraham Shakespeare, authorities say.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Debbie Carter confirmed Friday the remains, found behind the home of a man reported to be the boyfriend of a female acquaintance of Shakespeare's, were those of the missing lotto winner, the St. Petersburg Times reported.

The county Medical Examiner's Office established the identity through fingerprints, the newspaper said, adding the body was found under a 30-foot by 30-foot concrete slab.

Property records indicated the home belongs to Shar Krasniqi, reported by Polk County authorities to be the boyfriend of Dorice "DeeDee" Moore of Lakeland, who has been termed a "person of interest" in Shakespeare's disappearance.

No arrests have been made in the case, in which Shakespeare, 43, vanished last April, three years after winning $31 million. Deputies say they believe Moore befriended Shakespeare after he bought a $1.1 million home in early 2007.

She told authorities she became a financial adviser to Shakespeare and set up Abraham Shakespeare LLC to manage his financial affairs, the Times said.

She also reportedly divorced her husband of 17 years.
