LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Jan. 7 (UPI) -- A grand jury in Little Rock, Ark., has indicted an Arkansas doctor for allegedly bombing the state medical board chairman, court records show.
It was a second indictment in the case against Dr. Randeep Mann, 51, of London, Ark., specifically charging him with the Feb. 4, 2009, attack that injured Dr. Trent Pierce when his car was destroyed.
Mann's wife, Sangeeta "Sue" Mann, also was charged, KATV, Little Rock, reported.
The case began March 3, 2009, when Pope County Sheriff's deputies found military ordinances on wooded property in London.
Mann, who lived near the weapons cache, was charged with illegally possessing 98 grenades and two firearms, including a machine gun.
Investigators also found 110 semi and fully automatic firearms inside Mann's house.
