New charges in sex-for-series tickets case

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- A Philadelphia woman accused of offering sex to an undercover police officer in return for World Series tickets has been charged with prostitution, police said.

Susan Finkelstein, 43, had previously been charged with promotion of prostitution, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Wednesday.

Sgt. Richard Bugsch testified Wednesday he had contacted Finkelstein in response to her ad on the Web site Craigslist in late October.

"Diehard Phillies fan -- gorgeous tall buxom blonde -- in desperate need of two World Series Tickets. Price negotiable -- I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!" the ad read.

Bugsch said he contacted Finkelstein and requested a photo of her and that she responded by sending three topless shots. Then, prosecutors said, she met Officer Michael Brady at a bar and offered to exchange sex acts for the tickets.

Finkelstein's attorney, William Brennan, noted sending the photos was not a crime and said what happened at the bar depends which version of a "he-said, she said scenario" is to be believed.
