Mother said Josh Powell threatened her
MOON LAKE, Fla., Dec. 13 (UPI) -- A 20-month-old Florida boy was mauled to death by a relative's Rottweiler, a sheriff's spokesman said.
Dallas Walters of New Port Richey, was killed when he dropped a cookie during a birthday party at his aunt's home in Moon Lake. The dog attacked the child as he reached to grab the cookie, the St.Petersburg Times reported Sunday.
Pasco County Sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said the dog was pulled away from the toddler, and family members took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The dog was taken away by Pasco Animal Control.
